What You'll Do

As Community Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, including:

  • Driving occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth
  • Leading leasing, resident relations, marketing, and retention efforts
  • Managing budgets, expenses, collections, and delinquency control
  • Hiring, coaching, and developing on-site team members
  • Conducting property inspections and ensuring curb appeal standards
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and maintenance coordination
  • Preparing reports and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
  • Delivering an exceptional resident experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Experience managing apartment community operations, budgets, and staff
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven ability to increase occupancy and resident retention
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrata experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
