    Key Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams
    • Strong focus on resident satisfaction and customer service
    • Experience with occupancy, leasing, collections, and delinquency management
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel required)
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Entrata experience preferred, but not required

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations and maintain the financial health of the community
    • Achieve and maintain occupancy and leasing goals
    • Monitor and manage delinquency and collections
    • Conduct daily property inspections to ensure curb appeal and standards
    • Lead, coach, and support onsite office and maintenance teams
    • Approve expenses and assist with hiring and training
    • Ensure compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies
    • Deliver outstanding service and resolve resident concerns promptly
    • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
