    Description

     We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager for 4 direct support services programs in a community health center located in Jackson Heights, NY.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure overall compliance of programs assigned under the department of support services
    • Assist with grants management
    • Recruit and hire program staff
    • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff
    • Perform quality assurance and quality improvement.
    • Maintain and update educational and promotional materials.
    • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Mental Health
    • Minimum 3 years of experience working with diverse and/or underserved population, including LGBTQ+, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, substance use disorder, children and families, etc.
    • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing paid staff.
    • Fluency in Spanish or one of Asian languages a plus.
    • Ability to work flexible hours. Some evening(s) and weekend(s) may be required.
