Community Account Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Account Executive to be part of our growing team and focus on building relationships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and property management companies to promote and sell our fiber internet services. The Community Account Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals via access agreements and ultimately, driving revenue growth within the HOA market. The ideal candidate will have a sales background and mindset, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the desire to grow within the position and company.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HOA decision-makers and property management companies
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the successful acquisition of community access agreements
  • Identify opportunities to promote and sell fiber internet services to HOA communities
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Work closely with customer service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Work in and contribute to an atmosphere of trust and integrity with fellow employees to ensure the overall success of Cityside Fiber.

Qualifications

  • High energy individual who is willing to be an integral part of a high growth service provider who puts people first, dares to be different and has fun disrupting an industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
  • 3 years of sales or leasing experience in the telecommunications industry, with a preference for experience at the community or organizational level
  • Proven track record of an entrepreneurial personality and the ability to meet and exceed sales goal
  • Strong knowledge of the fiber internet market and technology trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license, excellent driving record and reliable transportation
  • Experience communicating to and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proven history of excellent customer service and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills- Ability to multi-task and be highly responsive to internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrated intense customer focus.
  • Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty and strong work ethic.
  • Takes initiative. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis.
  • Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $85,000 annually (DOE) plus uncapped commission (OTC target $50,000)
