Description

We are seeking an experienced Communication Specialist with 3–5+ years of professional communications experience, including hands-on experience supporting Change Management and M&A/organizational integration initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

•    Develops and executes communication plans and strategies that support organizational priorities, integration initiatives, and change mgt efforts
•    Partners with Communications and Change Mgt leaders to plan and deliver communications that help team members understand organizational changes, key milestones, and impacts
•    Owns communication timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple projects, ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on schedule
•    Writes creative, clear, and compelling copy, long-and short-form for a variety of channels and audiences, including executive communications, emails, internal newsletters, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, presentations, and more
•    Develops thoughtful messaging for complex or sensitive topics and translates business information into clear, accessible communications
•    Develops communications for multiple audiences, including executive leadership, senior leaders, people leaders, and team members across a dispersed workforce
•    Partners with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to gather information, develop messaging, review content, and ensure communications are aligned to business objectives
•    Develops and maintains communication strategies, editorial calendars, content plans, and project timelines
•    Identifies communication needs and proactively recommends appropriate audiences, channels, timing, and messaging
•    Supports internal newsletters and other ongoing organizational comms, from topic development and content creation, review and distribution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Must have communications experience - min. of 3-5 years (see JD); experience with change management and M&A communications
