We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-oriented Communications Assistant to support customer engagement, promotional outreach, and sales initiatives. Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support promotional initiatives designed to generate customer interest and sales.
Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
Assist with promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
Comfortable interacting with customers in person.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
