Commissioning Manager - Commercial Construction

I'm working with an established Twin Cities construction and project management firm that's growing its building systems team and adding a Commissioning Manager. Big K-12 work kicks off in January.

What you'll do:

- Lead commissioning on HVAC, electrical and building systems from design review through turnover

- Review submittals, RFIs and change orders with a systems eye

- Coordinate trade contractors, design firms and owners on testing, startup and functional performance

- Track schedule, scope, quality and risk, and keep owners in the loop

- Mentor and support the project team on site

What you bring:

- 7+ years in building systems, commissioning, construction or facilities operations

- Hands-on HVAC and electrical experience

- K-12, healthcare or public project experience is a big plus

- Comfortable reading plans and specs; Bluebeam, Procore and Excel

- OSHA training; CCM, CxA or similar is a plus

- Able to travel locally about 30-50% of the time
