About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Sales team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you'll work closely with key commercial and industrial clients, manage enquiries and proposals, and support the delivery of tailored water storage solutions. You'll be responsible for converting opportunities into sales, preparing accurate proposals and tender responses, and building long-term relationships that support our ongoing market growth. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you'll represent the PWT brand with professionalism, technical capability, and a strong customer-focused approach. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solution-based selling, thrives in a technical environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. What You'll Be Doing • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and SME clients • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotes, and tender submissions • Identify new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, government, and mining sectors • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales reporting • Deliver exceptional levels of service to new and existing clients • Develop product knowledge to confidently recommend suitable water storage solutions • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and meeting shared objectives • Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform sales activity What We're Looking For • Experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role • Exposure to commercial, industrial, government, or mining clients • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (or willingness to learn) • Competency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to meet sales targets • Basic understanding of hydraulics, structural or civil engineering (advantageous) About Pioneer Water Tanks Pioneer Water Tanks have been setting the industry standard in water storage for over 35 years, leading the way with advanced engineering and technology.
