Practice encompasses real estate secured lending, acquisitions, dispositions, fund formation, securitizations and development, covering all commercial real estate property types (office, retail, hospitality, health care, multifamily and industrial). and a minimum of 3 years of experience with a major law firm in complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financings for broad national and international real estate clients.
