**Commercial Property Manager**

This role offers the opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio while playing a key role in property operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction. 

Highlights include:

 

• Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional tenant service and operational excellence.

• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvement projects, vendor relationships, inspections, and emergency property issues.

• Prepare operating budgets, monthly property reports, CAM reconciliations, and oversee accounts receivable and collections.

• Partner with ownership, tenants, vendors, municipalities, and lenders to ensure efficient property management and compliance.

• Administer lease renewals, tenant improvements, insurance compliance, and property documentation.

• Drive process improvements and operational best practices while building strong relationships with tenants and ownership.
