Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any challenges or delays. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership. Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
