Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage commercial construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
• Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout activities
• Drive project performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, change management, contract administration, and forecasting
• Coordinate internal project teams and provide leadership to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff
• Review drawings, specifications, contract documents, and project requirements
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks while proactively developing solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project schedules and drive successful milestone achievement
• Support business development efforts by fostering client relationships and contributing to repeat business opportunities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer within commercial construction
• Experience managing diverse projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, corporate, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily, public sector, or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
• Experience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and project financial performance
• Knowledge of construction means and methods, building systems, and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools
