A Project Manager on the team is relocating, creating an opening on a multifamily construction group with an active pipeline of work. Client Details
Our client is an employee-owned commercial general contractor with approximately $600M in annual revenue and 30 active projects at any given time. Their work includes multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, K-12, higher education, municipal, retail, and commercial projects, with most work located throughout Central Ohio and additional projects across surrounding markets.
Description
* Manage multifamily construction projects from active construction through closeout, overseeing budget, schedule, contracts, and project financials.
* Work directly with owners, architects, consultants, superintendents, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead project meetings, manage change orders, review cost reporting, and maintain project documentation in Procore.
* Report to a PX or VP while coordinating project engineers, field teams, and other project staff.
* Initially oversee 1 project with the opportunity to manage multiple projects as you become familiar with company processes.
Profile
* Project Management experience with a General Contractor on commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, housing, or institutional projects.
* Comfortable owning project budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, and closeout activities.
* Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
* Strong communication skills with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
* Someone who is organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple moving parts without constant oversight.
Job Offer
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base salary + project bonuses + annual bonus potential.
* 15% bonus target, ESOP ownership program, profit sharing, 401(k), and potential sign-on bonus.
* $600/month vehicle allowance, 3 weeks PTO, and comprehensive benefits.
* Typically around 45 hours per week, Summer Fridays, promotion opportunities, and a strong pipeline of current and future work.
