Project ManagerThe Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial interior construction projects throughout the Atlanta area.

Project ManagerThe Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial interior construction projects throughout the Atlanta area.Responsibilities include:Leading multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completionDeveloping and managing project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plansBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersCoordinating preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processesMonitoring project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost controlEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectationsMentoring and supporting Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project cultureThe successful applicant will have:A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferredProven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable commercial general contractorDemonstrated success leading Class A interior renovation, tenant improvement, workplace, corporate office, or commercial interiors projectsA stable career history with strong tenure and progression within recognized construction organizationsExperience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communicationsA strong understanding of commercial construction methods, project controls, contract administration, and risk managementProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platformsExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of client satisfactionWhat's on offer:Total compensation depends on experience but can expect a bonus structure based on company and individual performanceVehicle and technology allowanceOpportunity to participate in an ESOP with generous, industry leading contributions by employerComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, 16 days PTO + holidaysOpportunity for professional growth and career progressionEducation reimbursement program (for those who qualify)
