Proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including heavy discovery and motion practice
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence
Strong familiarity with Texas state and federal court rules and filing procedures
Hands-on experience with e-discovery tools, document review platforms, and case management systems
Trial preparation experience, including organizing exhibits, preparing binders, and supporting attorneys in court
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
