Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $95,000 $110,000

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, and proofread litigation documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and agreements
Work closely with attorneys to proactively advance cases and communicate status updates and key needs
Assist with all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and subpoena preparation
Support document review and analysis across multiple platforms
Manage and organize electronic case files using iManage
Assist with trial preparation, including coordinating witnesses, preparing trial subpoenas, organizing and managing exhibits, and attending trial as needed
Gather, review, and analyze complex medical records and prepare detailed medical chronologies
Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of litigation defense experience required (commercial litigation, product liability, mass torts defense experience)
