Job Details

The Role
We are seeking commercial litigators with at least 5 years of experience to handle business disputes from inception through trial. You will work closely with partners and colleagues on case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong working knowledge of Federal and Texas rules of civil procedure
Demonstrated experience preparing cases for hearings and trial, including discovery, dispositive motions, and depositions
A collaborative, team-player mentality; you thrive working alongside colleagues rather than in a silo
Big firm experience strongly preferred
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
No book of business required
