Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Professional Insurors. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Policy Management and Review:
- Conduct thorough reviews of commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement adjustments to policies based on client needs and industry changes.
Risk Assessment and Analysis:
- Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and provide appropriate coverage solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
Claims Processing
- Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating the claims process and ensuring timely resolution.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
· Commercial Insurance Experience
· Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risk factors and recommend appropriate coverage options.
· Well versed in Microsoft 365
· Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail for accurate policy management and compliance.
· Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, underwriters, and support staff.
· Certifications: Possession of relevant industry certifications
