Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 85k/year - Oklahoma City, OK

• Our client, an established insurance organization, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support an existing book of commercial property and casualty (P&C) insurance business. This position combines account management, client service, renewals, marketing, quoting, and policy servicing and offers a hybrid work schedule in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service commercial lines insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), audits, policy changes, and client requests.
• Support commercial insurance marketing and renewal activities, including applications, carrier submissions, quoting, proposals, and loss runs.
• Maintain commercial insurance account and policy documentation within Applied Epic.
• Communicate with commercial insurance clients, carriers, Producers, and internal teams regarding policy servicing, renewals, submissions, and account activity.
• Support the ongoing servicing and administration of an established commercial property and casualty insurance book of business.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Insurance CSR, Commercial Lines CSR, Commercial Lines Account Manager, Commercial Insurance Account Manager, or similar commercial property and casualty insurance role
• Experience using Applied Epic or Applied Systems Epic agency management software
• Experience with commercial lines account servicing, including renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy servicing, and client requests
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City

Compensation:

• Base salary to 65k - 85k/year range (flexibility dependent on experience)
