The ideal candidate would have 2- 5 years of experience with Portfolio Management or Commercial Credit Analysis.

The Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager is responsible for supporting the management of the bank’s portfolio, including assisting in the development and implementation of portfolio strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
 
  • Assist Lender in managing and monitoring the bank’s portfolio performance
  • Support Lending in the development and implementation of portfolio strategies
  • Conduct financial analyst and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize portfolio performance
  • Prepare present reports on portfolio status and performance
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of portfolio risks

Education/Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in portfolio management or commercial credit analysis
 
  • Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment
  • Strong mathematics skills
  • Advanced computer and technical skills, particularly in financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

· Work indoors in a standard office environment.
· Predominately sitting or standing for extended periods of time, some walking, some climbing stairs and occasionally driving a car. Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs. Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching above shoulder level.
· May involve traveling for training or meetings.

Work Environment:
· Office environment.
· Standard business hours with occasional extended hours as needed.
