    Description

    A day in this role

You roll up to a newly built laundromat with a truck full of Speed Queen®, UniMac®, and Huebsch® equipment. The blueprint is already marked up, so you stage each unit, run final checks against wiring diagrams, and tie into electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems per local code and manufacturer specs. You level, anchor, and commission every machine, testing cycles and verifying airflow, water flow, and power. Before you leave, you walk the owner and staff through operation and basic maintenance, complete checklists and warranty registrations, and document everything for a clean handoff. When a site challenge pops up, you coordinate with the GC and trades, escalate critical issues to your Manager, and capture lessons learned to improve our playbook. Back at the vehicle, you tidy tools and parts so you’re ready for tomorrow.
