Delmonico Insurance Agency is a second-generation, family-owned independent agency serving Central New York. We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and help provide knowledgeable, responsive service to our commercial clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial accounts
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Partner with producers and team members throughout the renewal process
• Prepare marketing submissions and work with carrier quoting systems
• Review coverage options and help clients make informed decisions
• Prepare clear, professional proposals and coverage summaries
• Build productive relationships with carrier representatives and underwriters
• Stay informed about carrier appetite and changes in the commercial insurance market

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of commercial insurance account-management experience
• An active Property and Casualty insurance license
• Strong client-service and communication skills
• The ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments
• A collaborative, team-first approach
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Applied Epic or Indio experience is helpful, but not required
