Our client, a respected commercial drywall contractor in Western Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

Position OverviewWe're seeking a Commercial Drywall Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial drywall and metal framing projects in the Western Massachusetts area. This role offers comprehensive benefits, including a company truck and gas card, demonstrating our client's commitment to their team members' success.

Key Responsibilities* Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from pre-construction through completion* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans* Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met* Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders* Conduct regular project meetings and site visits* Manage material procurement and delivery schedules* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards* Maintain strong client relationships and communication

Required Qualifications* 5+ years of commercial drywall project management experience* Proficiency in construction management software (On-Screen Takeoff, Quickbid, or similar)* Strong understanding of metal framing, drywall systems, and commercial construction processes* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field* Experience with BIM and project management software* OSHA 30 certification* History of successful commercial project completions* Estimating experience
