Commercial Contract Analyst II

Intermediate knowledge of Mac operating systems, contracting systems, online/cloud systems (e.g., Google Workspace/Docs/Drive/Sheets), and Internet browsers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required plus 5-10 years of experience required OR Master's degree or 5-10 years of experience required.

Job Title: Commercial Contracts Analyst II
Location: South San Francisco (Remote position)
Minimum years of experience required: 5 years
Terms: Contract W2
Interview process: 1, Panel interview 2.0 Hiring manager interview
Contract length: 1-year with possibility of extension depending on business needs
Schedule: Pacific Working Hours between 8am to 5pm, total schedule for the week between 25-35 hours expected.  Up to 40 hours can be allotted for the role.
(no overtime / doubletime budget)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 5-10 years of experience required OR Master's degree or 5-10 years of experience required.
• Preferred experience in contract management, procurement, healthcare law/compliance, or as a paralegal.
• Demonstrated experience handling market research and/or data purchase agreements is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting, billing, and Purchase Order (PO) structures to support end-to-end financial operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of Mac operating systems, contracting systems, online/cloud systems (e.g., Google Workspace/Docs/Drive/Sheets), and Internet browsers.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel).
