Job Details

We are seeking an accomplished commercial/business litigation partner to join our Plano office. The ideal candidate brings a strong, transferable book of business and a track record of success handling complex disputes for financial services, construction, and real estate clients throughout Texas state and federal courts.

What You Bring
7+ years of commercial litigation experience in Texas state and federal courts
Substantial experience representing financial institutions and businesses in:
Secured creditor matters and foreclosures
Guaranty enforcement
Title and lien disputes
Breach of contract and business tort claims
Mechanic's liens and construction defect litigation
Lease and property disputes
Full lifecycle litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert witness management, dispositive motions, hearings, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Additional experience in insurance defense, probate/fiduciary disputes, or high-volume litigation is a plus
An active book of business that can transition with you
Active Texas Bar license in good standing
