Commercial Accounts Growth Associate — Remote (Nationwide*)  $13.00-$15.00/hr

iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is growing our outbound sales team and we are looking for people who are comfortable on the phone, good with people, and ready to grow. 

As a Commercial Accounts Growth Associate you will make outbound calls to business contacts every day, learn how to handle objections, and connect qualified prospects with our inside sales team through warm live introductions or scheduled appointments. You will have a structured playbook to follow, coaching from your manager, and a clear path to grow your earnings and your role as you develop.

What you will be doing:

• Making outbound calls to business decision-makers every day
• Learning and applying our call framework and objection handling techniques
• Connecting qualified prospects with our inside sales team through warm live introductions or scheduled appointments
• Keeping your activity and contact notes accurate and up to date

What we are looking for:

• Comfortable and confident on the phone
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
• Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, leasing, insurance, telesales, or similar phone-heavy roles welcome
• No prior outbound B2B sales experience required

Compensation for this role ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience. This is an hourly position with no commission, plus scheduled raises based on time in role and promotion opportunities based on performance. Full-time. Fully remote, working Pacific Time business hours, 8am to 5pm PT.
