St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Colorectal Surgery Associates team—the largest group of colorectal surgeons in the Capital Region. This is a unique opportunity to work exclusively in 100% colorectal surgery (no general surgery), supporting a team of six highly respected surgeons.
Position Highlights:
- First assist in colorectal surgical cases at St. Peter’s Hospital
- Participate in inpatient rounding and post operative care
- Full-time role with a 1:4 shared rotational call
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, patient centered care
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NYS licensure and DEA certification
- Surgical experience preferred, especially in general or colorectal surgery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Recruitment Package:
- Competitive base salary:$138,811-$151,304 commensurate with experience
- The posted salary reflects the starting rand of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
