Collections Analyst I
Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour, W2

• Duration: 12 Month Contract
• Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days a week WFH)
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between creditors and customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Monitor assigned accounts and contact debtors to initiate the recovery process.
• Negotiate debt payments and prepare repayment plans to increase collections.
• Reconcile accounts as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with High Radius.
• Credit experience.
