Description

Pay Range: $29.00hr - $30.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will provide high-touch communication via email and phone to manage collections. The role involves acting as a liaison between creditors and customers to recover outstanding payments and reconcile accounts. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will act as a liaison between creditors and customers to collect outstanding payments. Responsibilities include monitoring assigned accounts, contacting debtors to begin the recovery process, and negotiating debt payments. The successful candidate must have the ability to reconcile accounts and may also prepare repayment plans in order to increase collections.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with High Radius.
  • Prior credit experience.

Environment:

The role is performed in a cubicle environment.
