Remedy Staffing is seeking an experienced Temporary Project Manager to support Customer Care Operations for Coach's call center on the Northside of Jacksonville. This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule with a combination of in-office and remote work.

The Project Manager will oversee customer care initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project timelines, identify risks, and drive operational improvements to enhance customer and agent experiences. Ideal candidates will have experience managing multiple projects, working with customer service or call center operations, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a call center, customer service, or retail environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management and customer service platforms (Salesforce, Jira, NICE, Genesys, or similar)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
