Description

A two-doctor, AAHA-accredited and Fear Free certified small animal general practice in northern Palm Beach County is hiring a Co-Owner Veterinarian with direct equity ownership.

The practice has an established, referral-driven client base and a tenured support team. The case mix includes wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, laser therapy, pain management, integrative medicine and acupuncture, and end-of-life care, and doctors keep control of formulary, treatment plans, pricing, and standards of care.

Key Highlights:

  • Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 1, no overnight emergency duty
  • Direct equity ownership with a structured buy-in and doctor-friendly financing options
  • Share in distributions and long-term appreciation, plus participation in future value across the partner organization
  • Two-doctor practice with a tenured support team
  • In-house diagnostics, laser therapy, and integrative medicine services
  • Mentorship role with support staff and newer doctors

About You:

  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited school
  • Valid Florida veterinary license, or eligible
  • 2+ years of small animal general practice, comfortable running a full day independently
  • Strong surgical and dental foundation; interest in integrative medicine is a plus
  • Genuine interest in ownership and excellent client communication

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $135,000 to $145,000
  • $20,000 signing bonus

  • $2,500 annual CE allowance plus paid CE days
  • Licensure, DEA, AVMA/FVMA dues, and liability coverage paid
