CNC Saw Operator

The Saw Operator sets up and operates manual machines and the CNC Panel Saw using work orderinformation, blueprints, any other customer supplied data, necessary fixtures and tooling. Inspection isperformed as established by the Quality Department.What will my responsibilities include?Determine requirements from the work order, blueprints and other customer supplied data Ensure the material card matches the work order Complete the appropriate set-up maximizing productivity and quality Inspect parts per print specifications and inspection intervals and document as necessary Attend company courses and assist on project teams when asked May be cross-trained for other positions Other responsibilities as assignedThis position may involve exposure to, but is not limited to, the following materials: acrylic,polycarbonate, FR-4 epoxy glass, GPO (I, II, III) polyester glass, HDPE (high-density polyethylene), glassepoxy, G9 glass melamine laminate, copper, brass, and aluminum.What key skills and experience do I need?Teamwork approach with commitment to Core Values Punctuality, dependability and reliable attendance Good Verbal and Written communication skills Ability to receive and comprehend instructions and other communications Attention to detail and accuracy Visual acuity and manual dexterity Ability to utilize computers and technology to complete work ordersWhat qualifications should I have?Must be capable of reading and understanding requirements on work orders Ability to use basic math, read blueprints, and use inspection equipment
