We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the manufacturing industry and has a strong background in CNC programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and revising programs for CNC machines, ensuring the highest level of precision and accuracy. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam to drive efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes.
2. Use precision measurement tools to ensure parts are machined to exact specifications.
3. Perform complex programming tasks, including 5-axis milling and multi-axis turning.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret and implement blueprints and CAD designs.
6. Monitor and adjust programs as necessary to ensure quality control and minimize waste.
7. Train and mentor junior staff in CNC programming and machine operation.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our processes and capabilities.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming in a manufacturing setting.
2. Proficient in Mastercam programming software.
3. Extensive knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
4. Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
5. Proficient in using precision measurement tools.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
