Machines You May Work WithExperience with any of the following is highly valued (or strong CNC fundamentals with willingness to learn):

What Youll Do- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision
- Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accurate measurements
- Ensure parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances
- Conduct inspections and testing of finished components
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist with additional machining tasks as needed
What Were Looking For- Proven experience with multi-axis CNC lathes (required)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- High attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines
- Knowledge of G & M code
- Ability to edit programs offline (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and team mentality
- Reliable with strong attendance record
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
