Job Description:
We are looking for CNC Operators to support our dynamic production floor. The role involves operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, contributing to the manufacturing of precision parts. While experience in setups is preferred, candidates with strong operating experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
**Operate 3 Axis Vertical CNC Mills, and 4 & 5-Axis Horizontal Mori Seiki Mills.
**Assist in the setup of CNC machines as needed (experience in setup is preferred but not mandatory).
**Follow precise operational procedures and blueprints to ensure quality and accuracy.
**Conduct routine inspections of machined parts using necessary gauges and equipment.
**Understand and apply basic principles of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
**Participate in occasional Saturday work schedules (optional).
Qualifications:
- High-tolerance CNC Milling Machine Operation experience
- Ability to interpret blueprints
