Position Summary
WWE is seeking a highly organized and technically driven CMMS Administrator - Facilities Operations to support our state-of-the-art global headquarters in Stamford, CT. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role within one of Connecticut's most advanced and high-profile corporate facilities environments, leveraging cutting-edge building technology, smart systems, and world-class operations infrastructure.
This is not a traditional facilities role. The position sits at the intersection of facilities operations, smart building technology, maintenance planning, asset management, and systems administration. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the CMMS/IWMS platform, helping ensure efficient operation, reporting, planning, and continuous improvement of our facilities maintenance programs.
Working closely with maintenance leadership, engineers, technicians, vendors, and technology partners, this role will play a key part in supporting one of the most advanced and high-profile facilities environments in the region.

Qualifications
Associate's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience working with CMMS, IWMS, EAM, or related maintenance management systems
Systems like IBM Maximo, ServiceNow Facilities, Archibus, Corrigo, FM:Systems and similar
Experience supporting facilities operations, maintenance planning, asset management, or building systems environments
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and work order management
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Experience within smart buildings, commercial facilities, manufacturing, broadcast/media, or large campus environments is a plus
