Starting at $18.00 per hour

Training Period — First Shift
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Training may last up to 90 days.

Regular Schedule — Second Shift
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented CMM Operator to inspect castings and ensure parts meet engineering and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CMM equipment and select appropriate inspection programs.

• Read work instructions, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements.

• Accurately document inspection results and generate reports.

• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.

• Identify and communicate non-conformances to Quality and Engineering.

• Work with Quality and Production teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of CMM operating experience.

• Experience with PC-DMIS or Calypso.

• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and GD&T.

• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Basic knowledge of AS9100D and NADCAP standards.
