Closing Shift Manager - Finishes the day and set's up the store and GM for success the next day. The same they provide for you. Identify product supply needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Teamwork with GM
- Control food and labor costs effectively
- Lead by example to inspire your team
- Execute catering orders while providing "Freaky Fast" customer service
- Oversee crew of 1-3 people
Job Requirements:
- Learn the Brand Standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sense of Urgency for every task
- Previous job experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 40 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Availability for nights and weekends
