This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who wants to learn how a medical practice works from the inside.

No medical office experience is required. We will train the right person.
Attitude, reliability, curiosity, and initiative matter more to us than previous healthcare experience.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare exam rooms and materials for patient visits and keep rooms clean, stocked, organized, and patient-ready
  • Prepare orthotics, injections, shoes for evaluation, and other treatment materials for upcoming visits
  • File, scan, organize, and maintain patient records and update information in our electronic patient databases
  • Monitor inventory and restock medical, office, and patient supplies
  • Assist with orthotic check-ins, patient follow-up, and other administrative support
  • Keep patient and staff areas clean and organized, including the kitchen, restrooms, and shared spaces
  • Support the front office and clinical team with light maintenance, small fixes, special projects, and whatever else keeps the clinic moving

You'll also learn about patient privacy, accurate medical documentation, and maintaining a professional healthcare environment.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a healthcare background. You do need to:

  • Enjoy staying active and productive
  • Notice what needs to be done without waiting to be asked
  • Be dependable and detail-oriented
  • Be comfortable learning new computer systems
  • Communicate professionally with patients and coworkers
  • Take pride in keeping things clean and organized
  • Be curious, willing to learn, and ready to jump in when your team needs help

Recent graduates and career changers interested in healthcare are encouraged to apply.

Our Values

Teamwork | Respect | Curiosity | Momentum

They're not just words on a wall. They're how we work every day.

A Good Fit for This Role

This is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend much of your day moving throughout the clinic, preparing, organizing, cleaning, stocking, solving small problems, and helping wherever you're needed.

If you enjoy staying busy, notice what needs to be done, and get satisfaction from making things run better for the people around you, you'll likely feel right at home here.
