Clinical Supervisor Job Description Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is looking to hire a clinical supervisor to supervise Intensive in-community Clinicians and Behavioral Assistants. The clinical supervisor will have monthly clinical supervision sessions with assigned staff to discuss assigned caseloads with supervisees. The clinical supervisor will guide staff to assess clients' mental/behavioral health, develop suitable treatments, and make referrals as needed. Clinical Supervisors will always ensure the quality of clinical documentation for assigned staff caseloads. To be successful in this role you need to display strong leadership and make prudent decisions to maintain practitioners who can adequately fulfill clients' treatment needs. Top candidates will be organized, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities: - Have scheduled monthly sessions with assigned staff.
- Overseeing and reviewing assigned supervisee's documentation in the state's database Cyber and Naomi software.
- Counseling, motivating, and educating assigned staff, and referring advanced issues to upper management.
- Ensuring staff comply with licensure, Medicaid regulations, and Children System of Care requirements.
- Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation.
- Assisting staff by supervising complex cases.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.
Clinical Supervisor Requirements: - Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Appropriate licensure for LCSW, LPC, and LAMFT.
- Clinical Supervisor Certification
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with electronic health records, Cyber, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
- Proficient knowledge of applicable laws.
- Strong people skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
