    Our client is a healthcare organization focused on helping healthcare providers safely and effectively use specialized medical device technologies. Their clinical education team works directly with providers to deliver practical training, education, and ongoing support.

    What Our Client Needs

    Our client is looking for a Clinical Specialist to provide field-based and remote education, training, and clinical support. This full-time, remote role requires strong medical device expertise, preferably in apheresis and Extracorporeal Photopheresis (ECP), and up to 70% travel.

    Who You Are

    You are a clinically skilled professional who communicates clearly, builds strong relationships, and is comfortable educating healthcare providers. You bring strong scientific and clinical judgment, stay organized in a field-based environment, and solve problems with a practical approach.

    What You’ll Do

    Provide clinical education, training, and support to healthcare providers onsite and remotely.

    • Deliver education, phone support, and training on medical device technologies.
    • Respond to therapeutic and device-related questions from healthcare providers.
    • Gather and report relevant competitor information from the field.
    • Partner with clinical, technical service, medical, quality, regulatory, research and development, legal, and commercial stakeholders.
    • Support pharmacovigilance activities, including capturing complaints and adverse events.
    • Help develop tools and resources for clinical training and education programs.
    • Support clinical research, trial site initiations, and development of clinical research papers.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal projects and support industry congresses.
    • Document customer interactions and activities, manage expenses, and meet assigned objectives.
    • Follow all applicable standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and laws.

    This is a field-based remote position requiring up to 70% travel. The role includes standing as a physical requirement. No supervisory responsibilities were specified.

    What You’ll Need

    • Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
    • Valid driver’s license and active professional license, such as an RN license.
    • Preferably 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in apheresis or dialysis.
    • Preferably 2 years of clinical education and training experience and/or management experience.
    • Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
