Key responsibilities:
Provide in-lab clinical support for electrophysiology procedures, ensuring optimal product usage and troubleshooting as needed
Serve as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and technicians, offering guidance on procedural workflow and product application
Conduct product training and education for new and existing accounts
Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities for product adoption and support evaluations
Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology, ablation, mapping, and related procedures
Gather and share procedural insights with the internal team to drive product improvements and customer satisfaction
Manage a demanding travel schedule to provide case coverage across multiple territories

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, healthcare, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac EP, Cath Lab, or EP medical device clinical support (EP experience required)
Ability to travel extensively, including overnight and on short notice (up to 80-90%)
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure clinical settings
You're the "go-to" resource in the lab - trusted, prepared, and calm under pressure
Physicians and staff request you by name for case coverage
You proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact the procedure
Your presence consistently drives product confidence, adoption, and procedural success
