Clinical Research Manager

Location: Miami, Florida area

Salary Range: $104,000-142,000k/Annually 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Research Operations to oversee all facets of clinical research operations
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and institutional regulations governing clinical research
• Supervise a team of research nurses, coordinators, and healthcare professionals involved in research activities
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance for clinical research initiatives
• Manage, plan, and coordinate various clinical research projects

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator credential
  • SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional designation
  • ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
  • BLS certification
• Additional Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in clinical research
  • Seven or more years of experience in clinical trials operations
  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience in clinical research within an academic or research setting
