    Description

    On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Physician Clinical Medical Director to join their Stockton, CA team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys direct patient care while also providing clinical leadership, mentoring providers, and helping drive quality and operational improvements.

    Compensation & Highlights

    • $100,000 hiring bonus
    • $10,000 annual stipend
    • Competitive physician compensation and benefits
    • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
    • No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide 100% center-based direct patient care.
    • Serve as the Clinical Medical Director for the assigned center.
    • Lead by example and promote clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience.
    • Mentor and develop clinicians and future clinical leaders.
    • Partner with medical and operational leadership to improve quality, safety, workflows, patient satisfaction, and center performance.
    • Support staffing, clinician meetings, and operational initiatives.
    • Develop relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and community partners to support market growth.
    • Understand and contribute to center financial and strategic goals.

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
    • Current, unrestricted California medical license.
    • Board certified or board eligible in an appropriate specialty.
    • Clinical leadership experience preferred.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
    • Commitment to quality patient care, safety, and continuous improvement.
