JD Strategy & Governance:
Define and manage the strategic direction, vision, and roadmap for clinical trial data and applications.
Establish and maintain data governance principles, priorities, scope, and standards across clinical trial activities.
Develop product and application strategies and roadmaps aligned with evolving business needs.
Lead the strategy for third-party clinical data acquisition and integration into the broader application ecosystem.
Innovation & Digital/Data Capabilities:
Partner across R&D functions to identify opportunities to leverage clinical data, digital capabilities, and analytics for improved decision-making and process optimization.
Work closely with IT to define and implement solutions aligned with the clinical application landscape and strategic priorities.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize clinical and digital innovation opportunities.
Drive capabilities across AI/ML, data science, data engineering, BI, and advanced/strategic analytics.
Support business and investment cases for new digital/data products and application enhancements.
Assess emerging technologies, vendors, and external capabilities for strategic fit.
Advisory & Coaching:
Provide guidance to stakeholders on data governance and effective use of clinical trial data.
Advise IT and business teams on application integration and data-management best practices.
Promote best practices across data collection, transformation, quality testing, and storage.
Support data literacy through guidance, training materials, and documentation.
PM3 Expectations:
Manage projects/topics of moderate complexity, risk, impact, and reach.
Influence and align cross-functional
stakeholders and external partners.
Drive project/process outcomes within the assigned scope.
