**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure coding accuracy in accordance with established guidelines, such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses, procedures, and coding discrepancies.
- Conduct audits and quality checks of coding activities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to keep abreast of changes in coding protocols and healthcare regulations.

- Assist in maintaining up-to-date coding software and databases.
**Qualifications:**
- Certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency with healthcare coding systems, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
