    Role Description

    The Client Travel Manager serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process. You will develop an understanding of each traveler’s vision, research appropriate options, coordinate reservations, organize important details, and provide responsive support before, during, and after their journey.

    This role is well suited to someone who can balance relationship-building with organization and follow-through. Training, professional resources, booking tools, and continued guidance are provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with clients to understand their preferences, priorities, and expectations
    • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and experiences
    • Develop personalized recommendations based on individual client needs
    • Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate itinerary information
    • Manage client communication throughout the planning process
    • Provide timely updates, reminders, and essential journey details
    • Assist with questions or changes before, during, and after travel
    • Maintain organized client records and planning documentation
    • Build lasting relationships through attentive and dependable service
    • Continue developing destination, supplier, and industry knowledge

    • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, account management, or planning is helpful but not required
