As a Client Tax Analyst within the Year End 1099 Tax team, you will be part of a team that supports all tax-related functions including reporting, payments, reconcilement, compliance adherence and other support. you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal reporting teams. You will be responsible for required reporting /filing. You will also perform required analysis and reconciliations
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3 years experience with Card, Auto, or Overdraft collections
Proficient MS Word and MS Excel skills are required
Experience with Enterprise iVault
Participation in multiple projects required, either as a participant or team lead
A high degree of analytical ability and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to develop an effective communication management plan around projects
Ability to track and execute multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and accurately while meeting deadlines
Ability to coordinate the activities of other areas for department deliverables accurately and on time
Ability to effectively utilize technology to resolve issues and increase productivity
Ability to research compliance issues and develop policies and procedures based on findings
