Client Solutions Representative

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

We are seeking a Client Solutions Representative to help prospective and current clients understand their options and find solutions that fit their needs. This position combines relationship building, customer support, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Explain available products, services, and solutions
• Recommend options based on each client’s situation
• Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process
• Build positive, long-term client relationships
• Assist with questions and resolve basic client concerns
• Identify opportunities for additional products or services
• Maintain organized client records
• Work closely with other departments to support customers

Compensation

Annual salary of $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
