Client Services Specialist (Full-Time, Remote/Work from Home)
Pay: $23-$25 per hour
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred (Incentive Pay Available)
Location: Must reside in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Nevada or Virginia
Shift: Mid-shift, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST. Candidates must be available for a rotating weekend schedule and to work during some holidays. Shifts and hours may vary.
Position Summary:
The Client Services Specialist serves as the primary administrative support professional, facilitating efficient department operations by managing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This remote, work-from-home role is essential for maintaining smooth workflow across the Periscope request and assessment process and for supporting service excellence for health plan partners, clinical consultants, senior reviewers, and internal team members.
